HealthBoliviaThe Clinic Assistant is a healthcare professional who assists doctors in the NPH Clinic in providing patient care, performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and offering treatment. He or she attends patients and helps to create a positive patient experience at our on-site clinics. The Clinic Assistant also supports with health prevention and promotion programs of the Clinic.

NPH accepts creative arts therapists, drama therapists, and other related qualified therapists, as we understand study plans and degrees vary in different countries.

In some countries, we are looking for Montessori English teachers who give classes to the youngest children, where in others we are looking for primary and secondary school English teachers.
OthersHonduras, MexicoThe volunteer assistant in gardening and farming at NPH helps maintain and grow the homes green areas to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations. On our local farm fields you will seed, control and harvest food production crops and you will help feed and tend livestock, poultry and other animals and assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.
Youth DevelopmentHondurasNPH runs two different groups for girls, boys, and adolescents, with the objective of promoting gender equality and leadership in our beneficiaries. Chicas Poderosas is our group for girls and young women, in which the focus is on female empowerment and women's rights. Hombres de Honor is our group for boys and young men, in which we teach the participants about healthy masculinity and gender equality.
AdministrationGuatemala, HondurasThe volunteer local fundraising assistant is responsible for recruiting and following up with private donors, companies, and foundations, with the objective of maintaining and expanding our local revenue. Local fundraising assistant manage donor databases, apply for grants, and in general supervise NPH branding and marketing.
OthersHondurasNPH care settings tend to be made up of dozens of buildings with multiple maintenance needs. The volunteer maintenance assistants will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing maintenance requests, performing maintenance work, and development maintenance plans for NPH buildings, properties, machines, and appliances.
EducationHondurasThe Montessori Trainer supports the NPH Educational area. He/she contributes to providing support as a counselor for our teachers and helping children develop their full potential. Among his/her tasks the Montessori Trainer is in charge of preparing the environment in which the child plays.
EducationHondurasThe music, dance and theater teachers at NPH educates students about the fundamental concepts of music theory such as rhythm, melody, pitch, and tempo. They conduct exercises like vocalization, harmonizing, singing, and playing musical instruments with the children and adolescents. Demonstrate how to perform dance moves, design dance pieces and performances.
HealthBolivia, Guatemala, HondurasVolunteer nurses work in the NPH clinics and support the medical team in all of these activities. While some NPH clinics are larger than others, all are run by at least one physician and a team of nurses. While primary care is distinct from hospital care, volunteer nurses will remain busy ensuring proper compliance with all of the NPH health programs.
HealthHondurasA nutritionist volunteer at NPH ensures a healthy nutritional status, of our children and adolescents, regardless of age, health condition and socio-cultural condition. He or she evaluates the children’s needs and identifies their dietary requirements and restrictions in order to develop special menus according to the needs of each child and according to their treatments.
